Your Mission

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding and supporting our European customer business in specialty elastomers and lubricants, understand technical applications, and enjoy developing international business relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop European customers in the elastomer and lubricant markets
  • Drive technical customer projects and product development activities
  • Support international key account management
  • Support global sales initiatives across international subsidiaries
  • Independently manage sales planning for assigned market segments
  • Identify new business opportunities and market potential
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, conferences, and marketing events

What You Bring

  • Experience in technical sales of chemical products
  • Degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Industrial experience in elastomers, lubricants and adhesives
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Valid German work permit required
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-management skills
  • Strong communication and networking abilities
  • Team-oriented personality with intercultural competence

Ideally, You Also Have

  • Experience in the rubber, elastomer, or lubricant industry
  • Experience in international B2B business environments
