Als As a subsidiary of the NOK Group, we specialize in ACM, FKM, FFKM elastomers and PFPE oils, with production sites in Japan and Singapore. To strengthen our European sales team, we are looking for an engaged, entrepreneurial‑minded sales professional who actively shapes customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing European customers in the elastomer and lubricant industries
  • Supporting sales projects and providing application-related technical consulting
  • Assisting sales management in key account activities
  • Conducting independent contract negotiations and defining delivery terms
  • Coordinating with international production and supply companies
  • Independent planning and budgeting
  • Identifying new business opportunities and accompanying product approval processes
  • Conducting market and trend analyses
  • Participating in international meetings and representing our sales organization
  • Contributing to sales, marketing, and portfolio strategies
  • Communicating relevant customer and market requirements to internal development teams

Your Profile

  • Completed technical or commercial degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales or technical sales
  • Industry knowledge in elastomers and ideally lubricant applications
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • High willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial working style
  • Residence in Germany
  • Valid work permit for Germany
